If I was to tell you that the following clip contained nudity and nipple licking, would you carry on watching? Of course you would!
But they aren’t the main reasons to watch it … This was a fun-packed wedding on the hottest and brightest day of the year, and all the guests were up for a complete laugh and good time!
I don’t think Laura and Grant could have asked for a better day at a better venue even if they tried!

So … what happened on Saturday 12th June this year? That’s right! The England Vs USA World Cup Game!
Well that certainly wasn’t ignored at the wedding of Sophie and Dan – infact they totally embraced it, and made sure all the guests had a good viewing spot – utilising 2 TVs, inside and outside! Absolutely brilliant atmosphere, it has to be said.
And whereas the game was full of highs and low’s, the wedding day itself was just a constant success! We had everything - a stunning bride and groom, bright sun, great crowd, well-delivered speeches … and a rare mauve sunset to top it off.
Here’s to Sophie and Dan - in love since 2005.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Angela and Chris’ previously booked videographers were unable to cover their wedding. With less than a week to go before the big day, I was happy to announce (and they were delighted to hear!) that I could step in and film for them.
To have a film keep-sake of a wedding is very important to many couples – the ability to watch back, and re-live memories and emotions. And that is what I most love about this job – knowing that I’ve contributed to that
This was a wedding full of laughter and tears, with hardly a dry eye on the head table during the speeches. Which, might I add, included a surprise trumpet soloist, and a beautiful and personalised poem read by the Chief Bridesmaid.
And on a techy note, Henley (camera assistant) and I were completely chuffed to cover this wedding with all new camera equipment – we hope you can appreciate this upgrade in the following highlights clip.

Picture the scene – I arrive to find a beautiful Aston Martin, the sun is out in all its glory, and our bride is wearing a simply stunning dress! All perfect for filming with our new camera equipment
Kelly and Matthew had wed only a few days before, in Jamaica. Thanks for sharing with everyone all your photos and video from that day!
An all-round excellent day from start to finish, with lots of little surprises along the way. And a big Hi to Jenna + co from JustJennaPhotography - what a lovely couple of photographers.

It may have been an icy cold day, but the warmth oozing out of Louise and Richard really counteracted it. As did the memorable service and speeches (quite a surprise seeing a ‘Best Girl’!)
A highlight for us was seeing a beautifully choreographed first dance, followed by the covering of an entire dancefloor with professional dance couples.
Congratulations to the both of you – and we’ll know who to come to if we ever need dance lessons!

And what fun I had to film Kat, in a way that (I hope) conveyed her personality and lifestyle. Seriously, I walked away from the shoot totally buzzing! She’s infectious, and crazy, and .. well, just watch the clip
Please do leave a comment to let us know what you think!

p.s. It’s impossible not to fall in love with her two cute kittens, Henry and Rachel! (just don’t tell my own cats I said that!)

Shakela and Russell: Pendley Manor, Near Tring, Hertfordshire
We cannot tell you how hard this day was to keep a secret.
We had known for a long time that Shakela and Russell were keeping the Caribbean-day/night-theme a secret from all their guests! And WOW, did they pull it off!
What a vision, and what a reaction! Every detail from palm trees, to coloured lighting, to steel drums … and even the band were in shorts! And remember this was a snowy winter wedding!
The whole day was an absolute blast, and we were so thrilled to be a part of it. And this was only heightened by working alongside such professionals as Zoe Cooper (photographer), and my good friend Mark Cairns (mind-reader/magician).

Lisa and Mark showed exactly how to have a xmas/winter wedding!
The day included a backdrop of snow and white sky, a roaring log fire, and free-flowing mulled wine … and even Santa popped by to give presents out to all the kids. Infact, during the speeches, almost every adult received one too!!

Justin is the only person I’ve ever met who admires film scores as much as me! And so without doubt, this clip really had to be accompanied by a moving cinematic score…which I think you will agree, matches the lovely couple and stunning venue.
And no-one will forget that almost moving movement as the weather changed from heavy downpour to brilliant sunshine, seconds after the couple took their vows. Like in the movies
Congratulations Sarah and Justin! And lovely to meet your photographers too, Guy Hearn and James Davidson.

Since my last couple of blog entries, where Nick and Fiona featured in an ‘audio comparison’ clip and ‘colour-grading’ write-up, I’ve had emails from around the world saying how beautiful Fiona is, and how lucky Nick is to have married her. So back by popular demand, here’s the lovely couple once more!
The song is extremely fitting, as Cara Dillon is an Irish folk singer. It connects with the irish accents from the wedding itself, and with that swan you see in the clip … you’ll see what I mean
And just check out the biggest-real-mistletoe-bush-on-a-ceiling ever! (7 seconds in)
